Calleva

Calleva is a musical project created by Benjamin Hill, created to aid focus and help listeners unwind and take in the wonderful world around them.  The concept of Calleva was developed in April 2020, during the early stages of lockdown. During this time, Ben was inspired by the rural landscape of his hometown in Hampshire, England, and decided to focus on composing music that reflected the beauty of the natural world around us that we so often miss in our busy lives. The melodies and compositional style of the music aims to allow the listener to immerse themselves into a certain aspect of our natural world. 

Ben is a composer, teacher and musician based in south-east England. He studied music performance at the Royal Birmingham Conservatoire and the Universität für Musik und darstellende Kunst, Graz, before furthering his studies in Arts and Cultural Management at the University of Winchester.
